I’ve been a landlord and involved in property here in the UK for over 14 years. In that time I have purchased, sold, refurbed and consulted on thousands of transactions.

Any success I’ve had is from my never ending campaign to continually educate myself on this industry and my ability to learn from my mistakes...And I’ve made more mistakes than I can count (My first investment property nearly made me bankrupt for instance)

Happily i am still here and still smiling and laughing at myself on a daily basis. I am far from being the best in the business but I do have a tonne of experience across a range of strategies so I wanted to share some of my lessons from the last 14 years in an effort to hopefully steer you down the correct path.
