This episode is my first after my Thyroid Cancer Surgery (6 days ago at the time of recording this) and I’m going to say possibly my best yet.

My best in terms of where my mindset is personally and the message I deliver within.

I don’t say this to be cocky. I say this to be confident. Because I have every reason to be sitting back on my arse procrastinating right now but as you’ll hear from this episode that does not sit well with me.

You don’t need motivation, you need discipline. But if this episode doesn’t put a fire in your belly nothing will.
