With elite pedophiles running rampant in the highest levels of society, culture and religion, the masses have had the horrors of physical child abuse thrust into the forefront of their minds. But the other kind of abuse- the extreme opposite of physical abuse- may be the more harmful torture when the impact on society is considered. We all abhor at the torture and trauma that innocents suffer at the hands of physical predators but what about the parents who’s pandering, indulgent and self-congratulatory neglect of their children fosters giant adult babies unprepared for the real world and the responsibilities and hardships it entails? What if being to weak to be strict and mean, results in a child who only feels the effects of their abuse in the form of no self esteem or self confidence? What if that leads to homelessness, heroin or suicidal ideation? Is that not also a cruelty to the child you gave life to and raised? Keeping kids safe and alive while at home is admirable but lacks the full weight of accomplishment of the moment they leave the house, they crumble.
