Lesley has a very interesting career path that has led her to where she is today. She went from accounting, to oil & gas to tech! We discover her journey into tech, why DEI is so important, why we need to be our true selves and the power of standing up for yourself. She's currently working within a technology incubator and helps founders create effective DEI strategies that will make them and their companies thrive.
