Lisa finished her degree in Geomatics and later on found her way into software development. We explore her journey how she applied to her first internship without hitting any of the requirements on the job ad and why women need to apply without needing to hit 100% of the requirements.

She also co-manages an amazing initiative called Girls in Tech Switzerland - which raises awareness of the tech industry to more females and work towards closing the gender gap!​
