Caroline Verdon is the Creative Director of UNDER THE MAST, an audio production company with a positive impact. She's a multi-award-winning audio presenter/producer/journalist who spent nearly 20 years working for large radio corporations and national newspapers.

Dan is a senior journalist for BBC Radio 5 Live, and producer of the 2020 British Podcast Awards Best True Crime winner, 'Paradise', and 2020 Foreign Press Association Media Awards shortlisted 'On The Ground'.

He is also co-founder of the Pods Up North conference, and the Podtips Facebook community. He made his first podcasts as early as 2005 and has worked on over 60 shows in various roles.
