Oh my oh my, I wish there was a wizard that could make me brave!! Unfortunately, all you'll get today is me (hi). Today, instead of me telling you how to feel or how to think, let's just share our fears. We can't always control how we feel (and that sucks a lot of the time) but what we can do, is talk and listen and share. Dispensing advice is easy (kind of) but actually doing life, doing the work, pushing through the fear of the unknown/the future/daily life - now that's hard. So today, I just wanted to share more of what I'm working through, my thoughts on the fear of growing up & not being afraid of fear itself. A lot of rambling today, prepare your ears, but if you just needed a bit of comfort/wanted to feel like you're talking to a friend, this is the episode for you!
