Do you ever find yourself exhausted because you’ve overstretched and overcommitted yourself? What about saying ‘yes’ to doing things that you really want to say ‘no’ to? Or staying in a job you’re not crazy about, only because it provides a set income each week? Have you ever thought about WHY you do these things?
