Are you having a great time discovering the world but can’t shake the feeling that something is missing? Do you want to create a version of you that is happier, more confident, and successful in all areas of life? Well, this is the episode for you! Today’s guest is Happiness Coach, Cinthya Lechat. She has been an expat herself for the majority of the past decade, first leaving her home in France to escape to what she believed would be her dream life. While her travels were exciting in many ways, she found that she still felt empty inside, always waiting for the next step, the next destination. Only after doing a lot of inner exploration did she discover her true purpose; she started coaching in 2020, and now helps other expats find their happiness. In this episode, Cinthya shares a bit about her own travels and her advice for other women traveling alone and meeting new people as an expat. Tune in today to find out more!

Tweetables:

“[Being an expat] is such an amazing experience. You’re going to learn so much about yourself and about [the] people and the country. It will change you. You’re not going to come back the same person, but I think that’s a really positive thing.” — Cinthiya Lechat [0:21:23]
