Each week we will talk about a different topic from my book LIFTED UP BY ANGELS. My book was based on the framework YOUR LIFE HAS PURPOSE; YOUR STORY IS IMPORTANT; YOUR DREAMS COUNT; YOUR VOICE MATTERS; YOU WERE BORN TO MAKE AN IMPACT. This verse has had such an incredible effect on my life and I want this to happen for you too. My book is formed into Chapters, and we will have some people with lived experience interviewed on the topics. They will include: Mental Health Care and Lived Experience; Post Natal Depression; Spirituality; How to break down theIr barrier of leaving school early; Marriage Breakup when you don't expect it; Suicide Prevention; Bipolar Disorder; The joy of becoming a grandmother; How to lose the fear of Public Speaking; Stroke and Rehabilitation; Living your bucket list; Finding Abundance We will have lots of interviews with fun people. I'd like to include a small amount of music each week, and make this a joyful time to connect with each other.
