Wyatt goes in-depth about what his 5 months of unemployment and job searching looked like during covid. We go on to talk about how interviewing in the midwest is different and the same from big tech companies, FANG.  Making a decision or evaluating offers can be difficult, so Wyatt and I talk about why it's important to look at more than just salary when choosing  an offer.
