On November 9th, 2018, I started a Facebook blog page called Zero Shame Forties as an homage to my shame-focused therapy. And for some reason, people liked it - and here we are. The page is all about me, Lacy Jae. But the podcast is all about you. In season one, my friends & family agreed to chat with me about their unique lives.
