Going to read Sebastian's book "Tribe" after hearing this! Really interesting to hear Sebastian and Joe talk about the conflict of Evolution vs. Modern Society and how that could be shaping today's common mental health issues. Short anecdote: one of the best periods of my life was living with 100 other students in another country -- never felt so connected, and I think it had a lot to do with the "community affairs" that we were always dealing with as a group. This episode touches on this quite a bit, but with more drastic examples like military experiences.

Haven't seen any of Ari's media content but loved listening to him and Joe talk. Ari is one of the most down to earth, yet funny guys I've ever listened to.
