This was very good. You kept it very interesting with the short time that you have to speak about it. There were a few geographical factual errors at the beginning, but that did not take away from the story. I came across this story a few years ago, quite by accident, and have been intrigued since. The implications, impact, sadness of this even cannot be overstated. I have tried to get our mayor to have a park bench or similar named for Victoria, so she is not forgotten (I have not given up yet). I can talk about this case for hours. Regarding Smith's discharge, I believe it was a Medical discharge, which is under honorable conditions. By the way, Linda Zimmerman, if I didn't read your name as the host/speaker, I would swear it was Judge Jeanine Pirro. It is the same voice. Very good job. Glad this man has finally met his maker, but it's not fair he got to live a long life after the suffering he caused so many people.
