As an anxiety sufferer who now lives from a much lighter and free space where anxiety no longer has control, I’m passionate about sharing that there is help and hope! I believe it’s important that we speak up and awaken to this condition with honesty and authenticity and increase in being a safe space for others to heal within their unfolding story... my story of anxiety is only one of many. I know everyone has a different and very personal experience... I trust that in sharing, it spreads promise for a brighter future, free from the darkness that can be all consuming. 🍃
