No outline for this audio, I just simply wanted to think out loud about my health anxieties and see if my Autism plays their part in them somewhere. I always knew I was fearful of being ill, but after really paying attention to it, I have probably only had around 6 months of not worrying about my health in the last 8 years, which is terrible to think about. So, something needs to change.

I am in what I refer to as ‘no mans land‘, where a lot of older Autistic adults sit in limbo.
