 Tata Realty plans to invest Rs 4,000 cr in real estate business

In this, Rs 2,000 crore will be spent on residential housing projects, and the other Rs 2,000 crore will be spent on commercial projects, and Tata Realty expects to invest this amount in the next two years.

 Delhi government launches new smog tower to combat air pollution

Delhi has installed a new smog tower, a technological aid to help combat air pollution. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the tower behind the Shivaji Stadium Metro station. The structure of the smog tower is 24 m high, which is as high as an 8-storey building. It also has an 18 metre (m) concrete tower with a 6 m high canopy top. There are 40 fans at its base, with ten of them on each side.

 Ambuja Cements begins trial run at Marwar Cement plant in Rajasthan

This greenfield integrated plant improves Ambuja’s clinker capacity by 3 MTPA and helps in enhancing cement sales by 5 MTPA, thereby adding to the long term goal of capacity expansion. Additionally, it is the second integrated plant of Ambuja in Rajasthan and 6th in the nation.

 NIIF negotiates with L&T to invest Rs 4k cr in Hyderabad metro

National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) is negotiating with Larsen and Toubro (L&T) to invest Rs 4,000 crore in the Hyderabad metro project. L&T's big investment in a single project has been suffering due to the cost and time overruns, and traffic loss more affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 GMR gets nod to operate Nagpur airport

GMR Group, an Indian infrastructure development company to take over operations and upgrade projects at Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport in Nagpur. GMR said that it expects to develop the airport in phases to attain a capacity of 30 million passengers per annum.
