Positive thinking allows a positive life. Thoughts can be empowering, and it is important we choose these thoughts in advance. Many thoughts cross our mind from our environment, unfortunately an alarming amount of these ideas are disempowering. We need to choose the empowering, positive, truths to focus on, to enjoy our life and to bless others.
