Can you take a step back and notice your thoughts? Don't be discouraged by any that you do not like, as you can let them go and focus on other thoughts. When you notice your emotions, you can often trace them back to your thinking.

Are you in charge of the direction of your thoughts? Are we using our brain as an organ for thinking, or are we following our brain around and being directed by it?  Ask yourself good questions.
