Sometimes when you can't figure out why you're here, doing or saying something nice to someone else will turn you around 180 degrees!

And this will happen immediately!  Try it today when you're out at the grocery store.  Compliment someone.  When you do, their self-esteen rises dramatically and in turn, you feel like you have had a positive impact on the life of a total stranger.

I bet that if you do this a few times a week, your feeling of WORTH for yourself will sky rocket!!
