Dr. Coomes talks about what can seriously go wrong if mental health is not optimal and stable and how men can safely and securely approach their mental health with strength and vulnerability along with more knowledge about imbalances in the Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) and Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Gonadal (HPG) axes in the body that can cause hormonal imbalances in addition to blood chemistry, neurotransmitter, and blood sugar dysregulation. Focus on how to approach the annual physical along with psychological health is explored. Emphasis is placed on creating a safe environment to share information that is specific to men's health and how everyone can support a man becoming whole and vibrant with more commitment to mental health and metabolic assessments and healthy habits.
