It’s been a pleasure to go back and forth regarding daily physical activity (DPA) with Kristina Sobolewski. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Kinesiology research, with an emphasis on movement integration strategies for schools. We chatted about the importance of DPA within schools, adolescence as well as throughout the life cycle.
