Empathy is one of my strongest character traits and it's one of the biggest messages I want to spread to everyone, mindfulness being the first. Though even if you struggle with your own happiness, having empathy for other people is one of the most meaningful and fulfilling things you could do. The more people that choose empathy and spread love and happiness, then the less negativity and depression we will all suffer from. Empathy is the social glue that can bring us all together with love and understanding.
