Currently, the Co-Founder of Michelle and Dean LLC and her husband Dean, Michele is supporting individuals and couples to awaken their aliveness and step into a wholesome life. Interestingly, Michele ventured into coaching only 12 years ago, in her midlife, after her three kids had grown up mature, and she had to navigate a divorce. She’d spent a large portion of her life homeschooling her three children and managing her household – a thing a majority of moms would be overcome with insecurity about:“What about your career?” As if home management isn’t management?!

At 50 years -ish old, Michele circled back to her learning, devouring any courses she felt a connection with; she learned for the love of learning. Despite being professionally absent from the workforce for years, she wanted to see where life could lead her. In her leap, she finally found her calling – at the Hendrix Institute, where she could utilize all her knowledge in spirituality and psychology, which got her into her successful full-time coaching practice.

Now, Michele conjures up all her learning to answer your more significant life questions: What are the indicators that we have something inside that needs to be resolved? How do we release our hurt and trauma? How do we process fear? How can we step into a more wholesome and creative life? She answers all of those in brief today! Make sure to tune in!
