In this episode of the Matrescence Awakening with Kirryn Lee podcast we’re up to Session 6 of this coaching series with my wonderful 1:1 coaching client Mary. 

In this session, we tap into a fear of failure and the belief that she has to prove herself or prove something to people who might see the world in different ways. 

Mary was really feeling the impact of that in her throat, which was impacting her voice in both a physical and metaphorical sense.

This session was originally going to be the end of Mary’s 1:1 coaching series however Mary felt like she wasn't done with the exploration we were journeying through together.  

So she decided to sign up for another three months, which is really exciting. And that also means that you're going to get to journey through this whole series for a full six months. 

There will be an intermission between this episode and the remaining 6 sessions as I focus on supporting Mary for the remainder of our time together.
