This podcast revisits my online blog, "Jailhouse Moose," which documents my journey through a Life Sentence in prison after being convicted of murder. While I won't directly discuss the specifics of my index offense, I will explore the complex issues and emotions that led to my crime and how I have endeavoured to find rehabilitation.

Each episode will offer a glimpse into my innermost thoughts and reflections on my time behind bars. I'll delve into the cognitive dissonances, damaged beliefs, and patterns of behavior that contributed to my past actions. By comparing my current perspectives with the mindset I had during those challenging times, I hope to shed light on the root causes of my behavior and provide insights into the human experience.

My sincere intention in sharing these reflections is to offer a unique perspective on the prison experience and to impart lessons learned from my own mistakes. While I can't change the past, I believe that by sharing my story, I may help others avoid similar pitfalls and ultimately contribute to preventing further harm. It's my duty to try and insure that people who find themselves ensnared in cycles of violence and despair can find a way out.
