In today’s episode, we talk about the power of our minds to seek out and confirm our reality through recognizing the patterns we see all around us. We build reality around our belief systems. Our belief systems make it easier to navigate through life by helping us create mental shortcuts so we don’t have to figure out life every day. These beliefs and shortcuts are reinforced and made stronger through the patterns in our life. Interestingly, the patterns reinforce the beliefs and the beliefs cue us to recognize the patterns in our life. We talk about our personal experiences in managing our beliefs and seeking out the patterns in life that reinforce the world we want to live in.
