Dr. Carla Naumburg, LICSW, is a clinical social worker, writer, and speaker.Naumburg is the author of three parenting books: "Parenting in the Present Moment: How to Stay Focused on What Really Matters," published in 2014, "Ready, Set, Breathe: Practicing Mindfulness with Your Children for Fewer Meltdowns and a More Peaceful Family," published in 2015, and "How to Stop Losing Your Sh*t With Your Kids," published in 2019.Naumburg's writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Huffington Post, and Mindful Magazine.Naumburg received her B.A. in Psychology from Middlebury College, and her M.S.W. and Ph.D. from Smith College School for Social Work.
