Success is a science but fulfilment is an art. In this episode I share three ways to have fulfilment and growth in your fitness journey. With greater overall fitness, health and wellbeing, you live a better quality of life. I share about The importance of purpose and why it matters to have something bigger than yourself that drives you. I discuss progress, how to measure it and how important it is to your awareness of your potential by seeing how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Along with progress is the process. Embracing the journey is where the glory is. Having a destination point is important but we don't want to delay our happiness by neglecting the journey for some future ideal. Happiness and fulfillment can be obtained now.
