This episode encompasses the moments and triggers I have experienced throughout time, but it goes deep into my emotional process. What are the first things I think about when I feel shame? What is my body feeling? What exactly am I processing? Sharing this thought process is truly healing for me because I am listening to myself reflect....but sharing it with ya’ll is also a vulnerable and brave ass thing to do.
