We interview AJ Johnson - triathlon coach, former professional triathlete, and magazine editor. He's a really interesting guy, and we had a great time catching up about our history as 'pro' triathletes and fierce publishing competitors. More importantly, AJ is competing in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii this year in honor of his very good friend who tragically passed away this year.
