Jenna specifically works with those who are struggling with addiction. The most fascinating part of this conversation for me was talking about an unexpected cause of addiction: disconnection. We also talked about how avoiding feelings negatively impacts us. Jenna is sweet and passionate about what she does, and I know you’ll be encouraged and inspired!
