Emily is a Social Worker, and also an incredibly talented artist. I have long admired her ability to find beauty around her, and to create beautiful and quirky illustrations. Together, we discuss why art is an effective coping skill for mental health issues, and how looking for what is beautiful in the world impacts how we live in it. I hope you learn a lot, and are encouraged to create!
As always, we're collecting bits of truth, because our mission is to create a mosaic containing stories and revelations of truth, to see the bigger picture of who God is and what he has for us.
The music in the episode is from my good friend, Hannah Stenman. You can find and download her songs on Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music. To learn more about her and her husband, visit https://www.bradandhannah.com
