I finally played Into The Breach on the stream… only to screw it up and didn’t realize it.

So don’t watch it. Or really listen to this episode. It’s jarringly halting and horribly produced. In part because I’m distracted and struggling to maintain my interest.

Those struggles come from the fact that other things aren’t going well in terms of work. All my team-based projects seem to be sputtering. And I feel like I have no control over getting them to the finish line. It also reminds me of my perpetual experience of talking about projects and ideas and having them fail to come to fruition.

It really puts me off doing anything with others. And it’s not a matter of me not being in complete control rather others not following through. Or being unconstrained in their ideas and thus not able to complete anything. It’s a problem I’ve encountered all throughout my life and one I’ve never quite figured out how to deal with.
