The 14th Amendment. It’s such a crucial amendment to the lives of so many Americans, especially Americans who are not white males.

Is this the reason why it is so strongly under attack today? Are our leaders in this country, through legislation and SCOTUS rulings, saying to the American people who are not white males: F**k YOUR Liberty? The question begs: do we have a justice system in this country, or do we have a power system?

In this episode, we talk with our resident Constitutional Scholar, Dan Martin, about how the 14th Amendment came about, how it was ratified, and the importance of the Amendment when it comes to justice for so many Americans.
