Happy Thanksgiving people!  Today, let's turn this seasonal practice of gratitude into a powerful daily and mindful practice.  We often reflect on what we can be grateful for as we sit with family around the turkey and all it's trimmings...Reflect on how good it feels to be grateful as we pause and appreciate the good (and maybe the not so good) in our lives.  Let today be the first day of a gratitude practice and watch your well being and your overall health and wellness shift on your path to being a little more balanced with your emotional state.
