Do you find yourself thinking: " I will feel overwhelmed and stressed out trying to do everything on my own."? Cait Donovan's journey has been on my mind too, and Cait's solution has been so helpful. So we asked her to share it with you in this episode.

You will learn how to find balance and well-being through celebrating resentment.

"When I started going through a burnout recovery, I'm a super nerd. Like, I'm a big nerd. So I read through all of the available research on burnout. I downloaded everything. My husband was doing a postgraduate degree at Cambridge University at the time.

Cait Donovan is a master's-level acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner who has been in practice for over 15 years. She is also a professional speaker and the author of "The Bounce Back Ability Factor: How to Quickly Recover from Setbacks and Achieve Your Goals."

This is Cait Donovan's story...

I'm a professional speaker and author, and I once had a really embarrassing moment when I was speaking on stage and people were reading my bio. My book is called the 'Bounce Back Ability Factor', and every time somebody has to read my bio, I'm embarrassed because it's a terrible title. I also have something factually incorrect in my book that I haven't made an effort to fix. So those are my two most embarrassing moments in business.

In this episode, you will learn the following:

1. How can entrepreneurs avoid burnout?

2. What are the benefits of using your resentment superpower?

3. What are some of the most embarrassing marketing and business mistakes?

This is your sign that you don't have to keep living with these feelings when it comes to resentment:

1. You're feeling overwhelmed and stressed out, wondering if you're doing everything right.

2. You're worried that you're not reaching your full potential and making the most of your talents.

3. You're burned out and feel like you need a break.

If you're ready to level up and leave that behind, join our special guest, Cait Donovan, for the How on our latest podcast episode, The Truth About Burnout with Cait Donovan.
