Therapy is no longer a bad word. It has become a very mainstream and holistic method of healing. It doesn’t work for everyone, but it has worked for me (not without resistance at first though) so let’s chat about that today. Whether therapy is for you or not, working through your deep-rooted BS is necessary for you to reach your highest self and live authentically.
