Welcome to our new rebranded podcast. The Morning Show with Traci and Kayla has officially moved over to Talk Candid to Me. 

Kayla and I are so excited to be with you here on this journey. We have created a safe place to have candid conversations around healing emotional pain. There are some incredibly beautiful lies that we have all bought into that keep us stuck and bring in even more pain into our lives. We expose these lies and give what feels like "ugly" truth around what it takes to actually change your life. 

We have a trauma aware lens through all of our content. We want to help the feelers feel heard, seen and valued as we move through the journey of change. Join us on this adventure. 

In this episode, we talk about the beautiful lie that everyone else has their sh** together and somehow we aren't able to manage as well as everyone else. We are living in a time that is full of contrast. Kayla and I share how we have been struggling with our energy as we have been navigating a very difficult time and at the same time, are having amazing moments. We share the ebb and flow of life with all the highs and lows and that they do impact our life. Spoiler, they impact everyone's life, well maybe not the robots, but everyone else that feels. 

It's important to have these conversations on how to embrace and bloom in our lives instead of punishing ourselves in thoughts or actions that are harmful.
