Have you ever had a hard time dealing with someone’s expectations? Dealing with expectations isn't easy, especially if the other person is setting them for you. When it comes to expectations and how we deal with them this can be challenging because oftentimes what we expect will never happen.

Sometimes we have expectations about something happening, something we don’t want to go right. It takes a while then it just happens! Something we’d rather not then it happens or it backfires on us. How do you deal with these situations?
