An interesting premise and promise. I'm intrigued to see what these two smart execs share, and how they'll share their path from following the script and primacy of mental intelligence, to holistic approaches including also the signals from emotions and our body/gut/ somatic intelligences (two areas which have generally been sidelined by the dominant business culture... and male socialization ... until recently), to finding their own happiness journeys. Their lived experience (& guests) truly will be a differentiating factor.We all are replaying our own stories in our heads, interpreting through our inner child's learned coping behaviors-- some helpful, many not. As a result, every day, we each are limiting (even sabotaging) our performance, wellness, personal and team effectiveness— we all do this.Know thyself, self compassion, gratitude, mindful living, and the others of the 9 practices, are the foundations to unraveling the limiting behaviors, and living a life of happiness. It's a beautiful & often messy and tough path to follow, but a rewarding one, and it will be intriguing to hear these two and their guests talk through their own paths. I enjoyed the first 2 episodes.
