Richie Norton is a former rugby player turned Yogi and now author. After starting his career on the rugby pitch, Richie suffered a series of injuries that saw him make the life-changing transition from athlete to coach. This shift lead Richie on his own path of self-discovery, and while travelling the world he found his now life-long passion for yoga and performance coaching.
Richie is an XPT Life Master Coach and his unique training methods experiment with a mix of meditation practices, callisthenics, capoeira and his beloved yoga. Richie's 'Vibe Tribe' online community has seen him offer training advice, coaching and mental health life hacks and tips to a loyal family of members during the 2020/21 lockdown.
