Hey friends, we are

0:02

fearless. Welcome to

0:05

the podcast. My name is

0:07

Frances Young, and we are here

0:09

on episode 11

0:13

with me, myself,

0:16

and I. There is no guest

0:18

today, and

0:20

we even don't have a backstage manager. So

0:22

we're going to see what we get out of my body

0:25

today. Welcome.

0:28

When this gets released, it will be Friday

0:31

May 24th, it

0:34

will be the day after

0:36

a full moon in the

0:38

sign of Sagittarius.

0:41

So what the fuck does that mean? Well, full

0:44

moons are a release. They

0:47

are an accumulation of

0:49

learning and energy

0:51

and celebration. The

0:53

interesting thing about this full moon

0:55

for me. Personally, to

0:58

give some personal information

1:01

about myself is

1:04

that my, something in

1:06

astrology, something that everyone has that

1:08

we can read in astrology is

1:12

a North Node is a direction

1:15

is a destiny where our soul

1:18

is headed or

1:20

wants to head. And

1:22

mine, funny enough, just

1:25

so happens to be in

1:27

the sign of Sagittarius.

1:30

So it's an interesting

1:32

full circle moment that I

1:34

have, just chosen to

1:37

start a podcast, just chosen to

1:39

respond to what the world

1:41

is putting in front of me as a Generator.

1:44

And here I am two months

1:46

into creating a podcast and

1:48

all of the beautiful things about it that I've

1:50

accumulated with my business and

1:53

myself and my own life trajectory.

1:56

And destiny that

1:59

I am choosing to round out my first season.

2:02

With a full circle episode of

2:04

just myself at a full moon in

2:06

Sagittarius. And my destiny

2:08

is in the sign of Sagittarius. That's

2:12

fucking cool. Right? I

2:15

didn't pre plan that. What

2:19

are we going to talk about on today's episode? I've

2:22

got a whole list in front of me. We're

2:24

going to wrap up the entire season. To give

2:26

you a recap on.

2:30

Why does this podcast exist?

2:32

If this is the first, This

2:35

Fearless Life podcast episode

2:37

that you happen to find on the internet

2:40

or got sent to you by some friend

2:42

via Instagram, this

2:44

is why this exists. I

2:48

am a fitness expert as well as

2:50

human design nerd. Like

2:53

I'm a nerd, let's not go there

2:55

yet. I have

2:57

been in the health and wellness space

2:59

for over 10 years. I'm

3:01

a certified personal trainer. I

3:04

know CrossFit. I know kettlebells. I

3:06

know pre and post natal. I'm a fascial

3:08

stretch therapist. I

3:10

empower any human, I have

3:13

been a part of a gym, I

3:15

have been a board owner. I have done

3:17

a lot of things in the fucking fitness world. Ask

3:20

me a question about anything. I will probably

3:22

be able to answer you or direct you

3:24

to someone who knows the answer. And

3:27

then I also am really good at this thing

3:29

called human design. And

3:31

this podcast is the melding

3:34

of both of these things. I

3:37

have always given clients the

3:39

answer. It depends.

3:42

When they ask me what should I

3:44

eat, where should I work

3:46

out, how am I

3:49

gonna get the skinniest? Along

3:53

came human design into my sphere

3:56

in 2022, and

3:58

so we're now in, let's almost

4:00

say the middle of 2024. Now I

4:04

am two years into being the expert of this

4:06

thing, but yet it feels like my

4:08

destiny was already laid out well before

4:10

me with this full

4:12

Moon and Sagittarius about to happen

4:14

of being the teacher. And

4:17

being the one who just wants to spread it to everyone.

4:20

So this podcast is designed

4:23

to help you embody

4:25

your, it depends your,

4:28

I think that I just really want

4:30

to wake up at this time today because my body

4:33

said so. And then I'm going to work out

4:35

and then I'm going to work and then I'm

4:37

going to do this. I

4:40

want you to listen to the crazy fearless

4:42

things that your body is telling you to do.

4:45

That nobody else is telling you

4:47

to do. And.

4:50

If this podcast inspires you to learn about

4:53

your human design energy type, fucking

4:55

fantastic. You can go to my website

4:59

this week. My new website will not

5:01

be activated yet, but you can go to

5:04

www. francesyoungcpt.

5:07

com. You will find a

5:09

page. And

5:14

then you're going to get what is called a human

5:16

design body graph. You

5:19

can follow along on the things that I'm going to cover

5:22

about who I talked to in this season

5:24

and what happened and what

5:26

the humans in my life and my

5:28

circle and the people that I happen to connect

5:31

with that were also strangers to me, what

5:34

they learned about themselves and what I

5:36

learned about myself in the process. So

5:41

without further ado, let's go

5:43

back to To the beginning.

5:50

What the fuck happened in 10 episodes,

5:53

because that's a lot of podcast episodes.

5:56

Episode one was me talking

5:58

about my story that

6:00

I'm a trainer. I also am

6:02

a professional dancer. I'm

6:05

going to be on stage guys for the first time

6:07

in 10 years

6:11

on Sunday. Also

6:14

a full circle moment with

6:16

that Sagittarian

6:18

full moon energy. Ugh. We

6:21

won't go down the rabbit hole of how emotional

6:24

that makes me and the beautiful

6:26

synchronicities that are happening around that dance show.

6:28

But episode

6:31

one was me

6:34

sharing my vulnerability to the world of,

6:37

I kept going down these paths of life

6:40

of what I thought was meant to be

6:42

success. Or the way in which

6:44

I was listening to others,

6:46

but yet still listening a little bit to my body,

6:49

still ultimately living my design

6:51

as a Generator, but still crashing into poles

6:53

and crashing into chaos and being

6:55

like, okay, what now, what now? And

7:01

I've actually listened to that episode quite a number of times.

7:04

Apparently I like the sound of my voice, but why

7:07

I'm saying that to you is

7:10

because it's helping me come full circle for

7:12

this episode. Biggest

7:14

thing about listening to that podcast so

7:16

many times and

7:19

hear myself speak about my own life is

7:23

that I know that I'm living fearlessly.

7:25

My soul is expressing itself

7:27

in its authenticity. Even

7:31

when I started this podcast, even

7:34

when I didn't know. What

7:36

I should do next. If I should leave a partner

7:40

with whatever decision I was making my

7:42

first episode, I talk about that I realized

7:45

twice in a very short period of time

7:48

in 2019 and in 2022

7:51

that I was not in air quotes headed

7:54

in the right direction or that my body

7:57

was telling me that something was not right,

8:00

but boxes were not checked in my body

8:02

of feeling whole, complete,

8:05

Satisfied with what I had in

8:08

my life. To say something

8:10

nerdy about Generators with regards to human

8:12

design. We just want to feel satisfied.

8:15

If we're frustrated, we

8:18

feel like crap. So

8:21

there were moments in 2019

8:24

when I was full, when I was fulfilled.

8:26

I know I was. There

8:31

was something missing. The something missing

8:33

was my body trying to tell me this

8:36

chapter of life, you've learned enough,

8:38

honey. Let's move to the next

8:40

chapter. I've

8:43

had a lot of trial and error, my profile

8:45

in human design for the nerds listening. And

8:47

if you followed along enough, you would have heard

8:50

something about profile. So far, I

8:52

have what is called a one three profile.

8:55

My personality is the teacher. Hopefully

8:59

you've learned something from my podcast so far, or

9:01

you've just found it really entertaining. I

9:04

have to trial and error everything in my life.

9:06

This podcast. This

9:09

is the first season. Fuck, I've learnt

9:11

so much about myself in the past two months,

9:13

in the past ten weeks of releasing

9:15

all of these episodes, and re listening to

9:17

them, and being like, Wow,

9:20

the people in my life are really cool. Wow,

9:22

I know what I'm talking about.

9:25

Generators are on a life master

9:28

trajectory of the things that they

9:30

get good at. They don't leave anything behind.

9:34

I don't have to overthink this thing anymore. This

9:36

is, yo, so

9:39

my boxes are checked and they were checked in

9:41

2019 and they were checked in 2022,

9:44

but we're on a whole new level

9:47

of filled in folks, even after

9:49

another 10 weeks of life. So

9:53

that's a recap of episode one. In

9:55

episode two, I spoke to Kendra.

9:58

We started off with Generators, because

10:01

I am also a Generator. Kendra, I can't

10:04

wait for you to listen to this episode and you hear

10:06

me speak about our time. We

10:08

recorded our podcast in March

10:11

and I don't think I've seen you since

10:14

March. That's

10:16

okay. Don't worry, honey. The majority

10:18

of the world population is a Generator. So

10:20

if you are a Generator listening to this podcast

10:22

today, This moment's for you, babe.

10:26

We talked about how Generators deal

10:28

with conflict. We talked about

10:31

who Generators would jive

10:33

with, who are Generators designed

10:35

to collaborate with the best.

10:38

And we also talked about digestion.

10:40

And I'm starting to unravel that massive

10:43

rabbit hole within the human

10:46

design system. How

10:49

do Generators deal with conflict? Where

10:52

I went on my tangents was very particular.

10:54

And this is a graph that is very similar to, if the generator is

10:56

an emotional or

10:59

a non emotional. Now, if

11:01

you are currently looking at your human design graph,

11:03

please denote if you are an

11:06

emotional or a non

11:08

emotional Generator. And

11:11

it will say that very clearly if you are looking

11:13

at my personal graph from my website or some

11:15

other app, or some other PDF, it

11:17

will tell you somewhere about

11:19

being. A non emotional

11:22

or an emotional. Emotions

11:26

in a human body itself

11:30

is information. It

11:32

is this

11:34

added layer of being a human that

11:37

we love and that we dislike

11:39

at the same time. As

11:41

a human, if there is a moment where you

11:43

start to realize what your emotions

11:45

mean to you, or have

11:48

a certain level of emotional awareness,

11:50

regardless of how spiritual

11:52

that is or whatever, not

11:54

trying to get preachy in this moment about everyone

11:57

needs to be emotionally aware. Everyone's

12:00

on their own journey. When

12:04

we look at emotions in regards

12:07

to human design, someone

12:09

who is an emotional is

12:12

going to wake up and

12:15

be in a mood. Whatever

12:17

that mood is, Kendra put

12:19

it beautifully. I'm

12:22

emo, Kendra.

12:25

I hope I did your moment

12:27

of saying that when you said it back

12:30

in episode two. Literally, Kendra

12:32

will wake up and be emotional. If

12:35

you know in your human design

12:37

graph that you're a Generator or whatever

12:39

energy type you happen to be, and you are an

12:41

emotional. You're

12:44

going to wake up in a mood one day, and

12:46

that's fine. You could know

12:48

that you're really fucking angry about something, or

12:51

you just see in the depths or you're somewhere in

12:53

the middle. That's an emotional tone

12:55

to your day. You do not have

12:57

to associate that tone as being

13:00

something that you need to change that

13:02

is wrong about you. Our

13:05

brain has this weird way

13:08

of saying, Oh, you

13:10

need to change that. So you don't,

13:12

so you don't affect everybody around you.

13:16

Or the world, or your parent

13:18

is saying, no, don't be upset

13:20

right now because you need to go do this. Pushing

13:25

away emotions when you are an emotional,

13:29

being very particular with saying that, an

13:31

emotional with regards to

13:34

your human design graph is so

13:37

important. If I could mic

13:40

drop right now, I would, but that

13:42

would destroy my equipment. So I'm not

13:44

going to. The emotionals

13:50

in the world with regard to

13:53

our human design graph, energy types,

13:57

Are here to show us

13:59

emotions, to show us what happiness,

14:02

sadness, Excitement

14:06

to just say some very

14:08

basic emotions. They're

14:11

here to show the non emotionals

14:13

what the roller coaster of emotions

14:16

are. Humans

14:19

love throwing emotions in each other's

14:22

faces and projecting emotions

14:24

out onto others when they aren't aware

14:27

as to how those emotions may affect somebody

14:29

else. Now someone can be emotional

14:33

if they are emotional Generator,

14:35

if they're an emotional Manifesting Generator.

14:38

But the other person in front of them does not need

14:40

to take on those emotions. Does not need

14:42

to think that they made

14:44

that person emotional because they

14:46

probably woke up that way

14:48

and that's how they're designed.

14:51

Now to go deeper into talking about an

14:54

emotional and non emotionals, that's

14:56

another podcast episode. But

14:58

that's just my little rant on that

15:01

moment. To wrap up on

15:03

digestion and who to collaborate

15:05

with as a Generator, Generators,

15:08

you are the light, you have one

15:10

of the most open and embracing

15:13

auras there are of the humans on the

15:15

planet. You're naturally

15:17

just going to draw who you need to

15:20

you at what moment in your life to

15:22

collaborate with. Speaking

15:25

from my own personal experience, knowing

15:27

when my energy is in its light and

15:29

it's tapped, I am really trying hard not to

15:31

question which energy type comes into

15:33

it because whoever it is

15:36

has the gifts that I need in that moment.

15:38

And To go to wherever I

15:40

need next, whatever I need and whatever

15:42

that energy needs next. Because

15:45

every human design energy

15:47

type, every human on the planet is meant

15:49

to connect with a Manifestor in

15:51

some way, with a Manifesting Generator

15:54

in some way, with a Reflector

15:56

in some way. I have fucking connected

15:59

with a lot of Reflectors since doing this podcast.

16:01

I was at an event where there were four

16:05

Reflectors in one

16:08

day, if anybody's

16:10

a human design nerd listening to this

16:13

in one day, yo, I talked

16:15

to four. They're

16:18

1 percent of the population. Okay. Stop

16:20

getting super excited about that. That was

16:22

a thing. Generators

16:25

can collab with anybody. It's just allowing

16:27

yourself to respond in the moment,

16:29

listening to your gut and or emotions

16:32

as to if this human is

16:35

what I need to respond to right now to

16:37

make the next moment of my life

16:39

or the next moment in my work happen,

16:42

that's who you're meant to collaborate with. On

16:45

the episode, we went a little deeper than that, but that's

16:47

the overview. Last

16:49

but not least digestion, what

16:52

we eat, the information that we put in

16:54

front of our face in a day as a human

16:56

is besides how

16:59

and where we sleep, the biggest

17:01

conditioner to our bodies

17:04

and our soul destiny path as to

17:06

where we're heading and how we listen

17:08

to what our human design is trying to

17:11

tell us digestion

17:13

and human design. There's three

17:15

factors. That end up

17:18

being nuggets that someone can look at. There

17:21

are four arrows at

17:23

the top of a human design graph. The

17:26

first arrow on the top left represents

17:28

someone's digestion. Please

17:31

look at that arrow right now. And

17:34

if your arrow is pointed to the right, your

17:37

digestion may be inconsistent.

17:40

It does not mean that you have a slow metabolism.

17:43

It means that maybe

17:45

some days you're going to eat more than other days.

17:48

It may mean that some days you're

17:50

actually not hungry until 12 p.

17:53

m. or later.

17:56

Then the next day you're going to be hungry and ravenous at 7

17:59

a. m. when you wake up. Tried,

18:01

tested, and true, I personally have a digestion

18:03

arrow that is pointed to the right. Today,

18:06

I had breakfast. I think it was at 7.

18:10

30, maybe, ish. And

18:13

yesterday? Yesterday. It

18:15

was Sunday. I didn't eat breakfast until

18:17

2 PM. Yo.

18:21

And I was fine. Legitimately fine. So

18:25

that's cool to

18:28

just side tangent this to

18:31

bring a full circle moment, the health and fitness industry,

18:35

let alone the world, whoever

18:40

says to us that in

18:42

order to be fit, in order

18:45

to be healthy and live

18:47

an active lifestyle in which we

18:49

are going to live until we drop dead,

18:52

however old we're going to live, you

18:55

need to be consistent when you eat, you

18:58

need to eat only things

19:00

that are in air quotes, healthy or

19:02

having If we look at the Canada

19:04

food guide from X number of years ago,

19:06

you've got a certain amount of vegetables on your plate,

19:08

certain amount of protein, a certain amount of

19:10

carbs. You're good. Okay. That equals healthy.

19:14

So why was me eating breakfast

19:16

today at 730 really good for me and

19:18

yesterday it didn't matter until 2 p.

19:21

m. And I'm still healthy.

19:23

I actually feel really rejuvenated today. Like

19:26

it's awesome! Because

19:30

the human design system hasn't been

19:32

tested out long enough to say that this

19:35

is a healthy lifestyle. That

19:37

this is the way that I'm going to achieve

19:40

the greatest and best things in my life thus far.

19:43

There is no pre manual

19:46

on this shit, but

19:48

I'm here testing it out. Anybody

19:50

that's listening is here testing it out and being

19:52

like, yeah, this just feels good to me. So I'm going to keep

19:55

doing this. I

19:57

don't take out the fact that I know

19:59

about overall foods

20:01

that are good for my body. What did I have

20:03

yesterday for breakfast? I had

20:05

a Western omelet sandwich.

20:08

Oh my God. Hadn't had that in forever. But I

20:10

looked at a menu and was like this thing because

20:14

Generators need to see what they want to eat.

20:17

They are responding with their gut. Yes or no.

20:21

If anybody's not realizing so far, I'm

20:23

actually dropping lots of human design tidbits

20:25

and nuggets throughout this entire

20:28

episode. So

20:33

I also had hash browns today

20:37

when I'm at home and I know

20:40

That I can choose, of course,

20:42

what's in my fridge. I'm obsessed

20:45

with fresh bread right now, but

20:47

gluten's bad for you, right? Bread's

20:51

fine for me. Personally, does not make me bloated,

20:53

does not, it's totally fine.

20:55

There are ways in which I love gluten free things,

20:58

but bread, if it is fresh, if it is from a

21:00

bakery, So

21:03

good. And

21:05

for a long time now, I've been re realizing

21:07

that toast, that is

21:09

a sweet toast and a savory toast, that's

21:13

my jam. Typically,

21:15

peanut butter and banana with honey and cinnamon on

21:17

one, that's my sweet. And then

21:19

my savory goes through variations,

21:21

but typically, one egg,

21:24

some lettuce, some sort of green thing, because

21:26

I actually legit, I love vegetables, but

21:28

the green thing's gotta be lettuce or cucumber

21:31

or avocado, and that's the other toast.

21:34

I have my coffee with almond milk because I'm obsessed

21:36

with that and water

21:38

with lemon right now because that's a vibe and

21:41

you can see me eating that day in and

21:43

day out.

21:46

That's because I have what's called a closed taste

21:48

in human design digestion. That's

21:50

the second piece of when you look at

21:53

your digestion in human design. There will

21:55

be a particular word or

21:57

words describing the way in which your body

21:59

wants to eat. It

22:01

could say hot food, it could

22:04

say cold food, it could say closed

22:06

taste, which is mine. There could be

22:08

open, there could be direct,

22:11

there could be indirect. There

22:14

are a couple other ones, alternating. Have

22:17

I forgotten any? It's

22:20

funny when you try to name them all off the top of your head

22:22

as a nerd. I think I got most of them. Nervous.

22:25

Oh, I forgot that one. Nervous. I

22:28

think that's it. And if I'm missing

22:30

one, someone can shout out in some

22:33

form, some way. Anyways. Third

22:36

thing, there will be something

22:38

within your body that gets stronger

22:40

when you start eating the way

22:42

that your body is just trying to tell you how to eat.

22:46

And to sum it all up on

22:49

listening to our digestion and our bodies more

22:51

when it comes to what our human design graph says.

22:55

If it looks weird to everybody else

22:57

or how you speak to yourself about the things that you

22:59

want to eat, that's your body, trying to tell you

23:01

what to do. So you don't even have

23:03

to listen to me, listen to your human design

23:06

graph. Kendra,

23:09

thank you so much for being the first guest

23:11

that got released on the, This Fearless

23:14

Life podcast. I love you so much.

23:17

Episode two, Janelle.

23:20

So Janelle Hewlett.

23:23

I'm pretty sure that's how Janelle, you say your

23:25

last name. I don't know, but

23:28

that's what we're going with. I hadn't

23:30

seen my girlfriend Janelle in 10 years.

23:34

She comes and visits me in January

23:36

of 2024 of this

23:38

year. She was sitting on my porch

23:40

before I got home and

23:44

our interaction was

23:46

fucking hilarious. I wish that you could have seen it in

23:48

person or that we had a recording of it,

23:50

but I'm listening to music

23:52

and I'm bopping on the sidewalk and I walk up to my house

23:55

and I put down my headphones and everything. I like

23:57

basically gremlin gallop up to Janelle

23:59

and start laughing at her. And

24:03

I think I may have somewhat scared Janelle, but because

24:05

she knew me so well, she

24:08

didn't care. She just hugged

24:10

me right back. And

24:13

we sat down for the rest of the afternoon

24:16

and talked about her human design. Janelle

24:19

is a Manifestor, specifically

24:21

a splenic. Janelle, we

24:24

spoke about so many great things on

24:26

our episode. We talked

24:28

about fitness. We talked about the

24:30

cycles of being a manifester and

24:33

what it feels like to have bursts

24:35

in your life of energy,

24:37

whether it's for work, whether

24:39

it's for how you feel your relationships

24:41

are changing, how

24:44

money comes to you, how

24:47

female hormones change with

24:50

fitness and life and

24:52

partners. We

24:55

spoke about Spleenic Authority, the

24:57

majority of the podcast

25:00

episodes from season one,

25:03

and the authorities that I spoke about with different

25:05

energies, Spleenic was pretty high.

25:08

So in the hit moments of a little

25:11

voice, If

25:13

anybody listening to this is a spleenic Manifestor,

25:15

yo, go listen to that episode, dude, madam,

25:18

they, them, whoever you are,

25:21

go listen to that episode. Janelle,

25:26

our episode was really heartwarming

25:28

because it embodied the moment

25:30

of we had tea

25:34

and All I want

25:36

for someone to listening to these podcasts

25:39

is to feel like I'm having tea

25:41

with them or coffee, or

25:44

I just met them on the sidewalk and they're like,

25:46

Hey, I just want to know who you are.

25:49

That's happened to me recently. Then

25:53

you start a conversation that changes

25:55

someone's life. I know

25:57

that Janelle's life has changed a lot. Since

26:00

January of 2024, because

26:03

she's even more realizing I'm

26:05

a fucking Manifestor.

26:07

I need to use this voice. I'm going to listen

26:09

to the weird impulses that don't make

26:11

sense to anyone else. Speak

26:13

everything I want into the world

26:16

to inform everyone and to live

26:18

that bold Manifestor

26:21

energy that we are all so

26:23

addicted to. Like, when

26:25

you see a manifesto in

26:27

their line of

26:29

hey, and this

26:31

is the thing, you fucking want to

26:33

follow that manifesto. Because

26:36

it's epic. Intoxicatingly incredible.

26:41

Janelle, thank you so much

26:43

for that episode. If

26:45

anybody is super curious about

26:49

understanding female

26:52

hormones and

26:54

working out and just

26:56

letting our body help dictate

26:58

what workouts we do and not

27:01

over question our cycles, if they

27:03

seem in air quotes, a little off, go

27:07

listen to that one, because that

27:09

one will help you easier brain on,

27:11

maybe my body's fine if it doesn't have a

27:13

cycle right now, regardless of the fact

27:16

if I am on or off birth control, or

27:18

if I am on any other type of

27:20

hormone stimulant, or

27:24

even potentially ADHD

27:27

medication, any other medication. It

27:30

could be affecting our cycles, and we don't understand

27:32

why. It

27:34

could be our design and our body just naturally

27:36

taking care of itself, and we don't have to change

27:39

our diet, and we don't have to change

27:41

our exercise. We just have

27:43

to rest when we need to rest. Or,

27:46

maybe you do need to go to your doctor. It,

27:49

it's endless. There's so many

27:52

different inputs to get a different output

27:54

these days. Janelle,

27:58

I miss you so much. Episode

28:04

three, Avril,

28:07

can you just move to Toronto, please?

28:12

Just move to Toronto. We

28:14

spoke just before you got on a plane to

28:16

go home in March. And

28:20

you knew nothing about human

28:22

design, but yet I was like, let's

28:24

just chat. Let's see what you

28:27

pull out of this thing that is said

28:29

to be you. And let's see

28:31

if you

28:33

jive. We

28:36

found some things. We talked about you being

28:38

a gossip. We talked about roadblocks.

28:41

We talked about say girl center,

28:44

and we talked about the randomness of being a

28:46

manifesting generator and what that

28:48

could potentially even mean. And

28:50

that even sometimes saying randomness to a manifesting

28:52

generator, they're like, fuck you. No, my life makes sense.

28:56

If you're a manifesting generator listening to this,

28:59

that maybe for some reason just made sense.

29:05

Episode four, Tricia,

29:08

you are the 1 percent of the population. When

29:11

I think about this episode with you, it

29:15

brings me great peace. I feel so privileged

29:20

right now. You're on the journey of a fucking

29:22

lifetime and I cannot wait

29:25

to see you in real life. When

29:27

you get back, have a safe journey

29:29

home. By the way, reflectors

29:34

are a human that with regards

29:36

to their human design are completely

29:39

open. Every single

29:41

center is open. Or triangle and square

29:44

on a reflectors human design body graph

29:46

is white. So if you're currently

29:48

looking at your graph and it's all white, you

29:51

are the winner. You are a reflector.

29:56

If you've got some colored in centers, you're not. And

30:03

in the past couple of years with knowing about human

30:05

design, I really

30:07

just wanted to know reflectors. Because

30:10

I was worried that, Oh my God, if a reflector

30:12

comes into my path and I

30:14

have to do a reading for them, I'm not going to know what to fucking say

30:17

because they're so wise. They're just,

30:20

I'm not going to need to say anything to them. My

30:24

own imposter syndrome complex about reflectors

30:26

coming up. But then I met Tricia,

30:31

funny enough, Tricia and I met through Instagram. I

30:35

love how all of my things

30:39

with regards to human design and

30:41

kind of some very Life

30:43

moving forward moments in the past

30:45

year, let alone two years have come from Instagram.

30:49

Shout out to Instagram. Our

30:52

episode made me realize I need to talk about

30:54

astrology on my podcast more. It made me realize

30:57

that we need the

30:59

very few reflectors of the world to

31:01

help us embody

31:03

who we are. And

31:05

it's okay that you guys

31:07

move at your own interesting

31:10

pace. Cause it makes sense

31:12

to you. And Tricia, if you're

31:14

listening to this right now. I

31:16

really hope that you're starting to feel that that's

31:18

okay, even more than you already were.

31:21

I think so. I'm just saying

31:23

it today anyways, just to see how that feels

31:25

and lands for you when you listen to this episode.

31:30

Thank you for asking me about what

31:33

does it mean at this point in

31:35

my life, if I look at my human design

31:37

graph, what's going to come up for me? Reflectors,

31:41

their body is linked to the lunar cycles.

31:44

It's another reason why I also started the podcast

31:46

with talking about the moon, lunar cycles

31:49

and a month cycle, roughly 28 to

31:51

30 days, a human experiences

31:54

a lot in

31:56

two months. I have experienced a

31:58

fuck ton of what I didn't know was going to happen

32:01

to me and realizing that, Hey, I

32:03

can actually handle all of these crazy things that are happening

32:05

to me as opposed to feeling like I'm bumping

32:07

into a million walls because

32:10

I listened to my energy

32:14

and a reflector for any reflector.

32:17

Listening to this, your energy

32:19

is so precious and is

32:21

affected by so

32:24

much of your environment in your world.

32:26

Treat it with the

32:29

utmost love and compassion,

32:32

even if no one else fucking gets

32:34

why you're doing what you're doing when you're doing

32:36

it. Please.

32:39

Because I've watched that happen with Trisha and

32:43

seeing her flourish since I have met her.

32:45

Honey, you're so

32:48

beautiful and I can't wait

32:50

to officially hug you in person at some

32:52

point this summer. Okay. Episode

32:55

five was

32:57

Darya. Darya,

33:01

where to go about talking about the specialness

33:04

of you in my heart. I

33:06

have known Darya since 2021. And

33:10

Darya, you have the second highest

33:12

downloaded episode, just so

33:14

you know. Apparently

33:17

everybody has things for projectors. Darya

33:20

is a projector and projectors

33:23

are the seers. They are the guides.

33:26

They analyze everything to the

33:28

10th degree because they're supposed to.

33:31

On Darya's episode, we really went deep about

33:33

non emotionals. I

33:37

went ham at the beginning of this episode about

33:39

describing what an emotional

33:42

experience is in human design. And

33:45

Darya and I went deep on what it's

33:47

like to be a non emotional. What

33:49

is it like to have what

33:52

I think the sickest joke in human design is,

33:55

is that non emotionals

33:58

are actually some of the more emotional beings

34:00

on the planet because our

34:02

bodies are designed to be empathic

34:04

in an emotional way. In

34:06

my mind, sometimes more than

34:09

someone who could be classified as an emotional

34:13

or who has their emotional solar plexus.

34:16

Within their graph colored in now.

34:21

I've known Darya since 2021. And

34:23

she started out as a personal training client.

34:25

Before I even knew what human design

34:27

was, one of the coolest parts of

34:29

this episode was us going down the

34:31

rabbit hole of her asking

34:34

me, how did you training

34:36

me as knowing now what my design

34:38

was as a projector, how did that change

34:41

from, when we started? Then.

34:44

now. Not

34:47

a lot, Darya, because the intuition

34:49

of What I was doing in 2021

34:54

was to follow your energy day

34:56

to day. However,

34:58

when I had the context of

35:00

words and language of

35:03

knowing your human design type and

35:05

you being a projector, then

35:08

we got better at your self care routine.

35:11

Then I know that

35:13

you started to see the way your body

35:15

operates. As a

35:18

beautiful, holistic

35:20

package, along with your training

35:23

and along with the rest of your life, that

35:25

this is how your training

35:28

and me knowing about human design

35:30

has evolved and will

35:32

again, continue to evolve for the rest of your life,

35:35

but keep you feeling the most fit and

35:37

healthy that I know that you ever have,

35:41

and that will only continue to get better.

35:46

Thank you for trusting me and

35:48

thank you for continuing to come along

35:50

on this crazy human design training ride

35:52

with me because I know you're

35:54

going to be my client forever if

35:58

you'll have me. Episode

36:02

six. Post the first

36:04

five episodes, I started to repeat

36:06

energies. Then we started

36:09

to go down rabbit

36:11

holes that I was definitely

36:13

nervous about going down on the podcast. I

36:17

just wanted people to get what we're talking

36:19

about. And my brain getting in the

36:21

way of worrying about that, whoever's

36:23

going to find this podcast won't understand

36:26

talking about the big three in astrology

36:28

or whatever

36:30

riff I could go down about human design

36:32

in the moment if I hadn't given any pre knowledge.

36:34

And this is where the episodes

36:36

got even juicier, even

36:40

juicier. Vanessa

36:44

Smith was my next generator

36:47

on episode six. She

36:50

was actually my fifth guest and

36:52

throughout releasing all of these podcasts in the

36:54

past two months, which

36:56

number of who guessed at what time I

36:59

had some issues with mercury retrograde.

37:01

That's a whole moment. Anyways,

37:04

I connected with Vanessa Smith in January

37:07

of this year. I'll tell you the story

37:09

of how that happened. It

37:12

was a beautiful universe moment

37:14

of someone in my life that

37:16

happened to be a manifester. Saying,

37:18

hey, go do this. If

37:21

you have someone in your life that's a manifester,

37:24

or you know that they're a manifester, and

37:26

they say, hey, go do this, and

37:29

something within your energy changes

37:32

when they say this thing, go

37:35

do it. No,

37:37

seriously, go do it. Because

37:40

I swear to fucking God, that's how I met

37:42

Vanessa. Manifesto

37:45

said, put yourself on LinkedIn. I

37:47

didn't have a current LinkedIn profile

37:49

at the time. Made one,

37:53

took some time and then I found Vanessa

37:55

through LinkedIn. She had

37:57

an open call to be on her podcast,

38:01

and then all of a sudden, within a few

38:03

months, I had recorded two podcasts

38:05

to be on Vanessa's podcast. And

38:08

then Vanessa happened to be a guest on mine, and

38:11

the magic we created was unbelievable.

38:15

Funny enough, even though Vanessa

38:18

and I have never met in person. And

38:20

she lives on the other side of the world right now. We

38:23

happen to have the same North node

38:26

full circle moment, or

38:29

at least our North node is in the same sign

38:31

and our degrees are actually quite similar. And

38:35

how that fucking happens is divine

38:37

timing and the universe and energy

38:40

sending us in the directions of listening

38:43

to, in this case, I listened to the manifester

38:45

and their voice in the moment of them

38:49

being them. And then me being me

38:51

responding as a generator. It

38:53

doesn't get cooler than that. When you denote

38:56

what the human design system is

38:58

and realizing what energy

39:00

types in your life are, what, what

39:02

people, what their energy is. Yeah. God

39:05

damn, I'm really passionate about how these things

39:07

work. Vanessa and I talked

39:09

really particularly about her specific

39:12

gifts and gates on

39:15

any human design graph. And if you're currently looking

39:17

at yours, You will see that there are 64

39:20

numbers. Every

39:22

human design graph has 64

39:24

numbers and they are always in

39:26

the same place. 64

39:29

will always be in the crown and one

39:31

will always be in the G center. Whether

39:35

or not those numbers are colored in is

39:37

dependent on where the planets

39:39

are at two very particular

39:41

moments. To someone's birthday

39:45

and their actual time of birth.

39:47

We're not going to get into that. Go listen to the

39:49

episode, but

39:54

we talked about gift number 10. We

39:56

talked about 35. We talked about

39:58

the gifts and these

40:01

nuances about Vanessa that

40:04

if she tried to describe, Hey, I'm super

40:06

charismatic. We might not

40:08

say out loud that we're super charismatic,

40:10

not to sound like somebody might be

40:12

sounding narcissistic. If they say, Oh, I'm just so

40:14

charismatic. But

40:17

there are attributes about each and every

40:19

single human on this planet that we're like, Oh, yeah,

40:21

that person's just super logical. Human

40:25

design is really cool at describing

40:28

The things that we are inherently good at and

40:31

makes us feel fucking fearless when we realize.

40:33

Oh, yeah I am actually that way. We

40:36

also talked about a bunch of astrology things.

40:38

We talked about profile Vanessa we

40:40

went in some really interesting

40:42

tangents. so much for being

40:44

a guest on my podcast.

40:50

Episode 7. Ada,

40:54

where would I be without you right now? Ada

40:57

Pembroke is the founder of the

41:00

Narrative Astrology Lab. Again,

41:02

I have never met Ada in person. I

41:04

have connected with her through the internet,

41:06

through another beautiful human, Kayla,

41:09

so many people I haven't met in person these days, Ada,

41:14

we went down rabbit holes of astrology,

41:17

and we also went down rabbit holes of talking

41:19

about motivation and specifically

41:22

the four transformations in human design.

41:25

Ada and I, we

41:27

have such an interesting relationship. I

41:30

see her as this astrology

41:33

goddess. That's all I got to the Ada.

41:38

And weaver of words,

41:41

your knowledge is so profound and

41:43

so calming about

41:45

how you speak about astrology to

41:48

your community, to your clients, that

41:51

I was so honored to have you ask me deep questions

41:54

that felt tangible to speak in

41:56

an astrological way,

41:59

but also in my zone of genius within

42:01

human design. Ada

42:04

in the Narrative Astrology Lab has essentially

42:07

dubbed me their human design

42:09

resident expert. I host

42:11

monthly lectures in their

42:14

lab and community. It has allowed

42:16

me to realize in another way

42:18

besides this podcast that

42:21

I'm really good at what I talk about. Ada

42:24

and I talked about anxiety.

42:27

That was a really big nugget

42:29

of our episode. And

42:32

static energy within the body. What does it mean

42:34

to feel that you've got anxiety? What does it mean

42:37

with regards to human design? Because there

42:39

is language within human design that says for

42:41

some people that we should be motivated

42:44

to do things by listening

42:46

to fear, or our brain is going to give

42:48

us a fear, and then what

42:50

does that mean in the body? Like,

42:53

human design is really fucking deep, people,

42:55

if you haven't realized so far by listening to

42:58

this podcast, this particular episode, or

43:01

all ten previous. Anxiety is a really

43:03

big term in today's society and health

43:05

as a whole. To

43:08

me, anxiety, it is

43:10

an experience that the body has

43:12

in response to an

43:15

emotional experience. It

43:18

is trapped energy. It is

43:20

potentially someone else's energy

43:22

that then our brain decides to

43:25

give a word called anxiety.

43:28

I have anxiety. I have worry.

43:30

I have things that I hold onto that are not

43:32

mine. Where Ada

43:34

and I went into deeper conversations

43:37

about anxiety was with regard to

43:39

transformations, those four arrows

43:41

at the top of our graph and

43:44

talking about splenic energy. What does

43:46

it mean to have an open spleen? Our

43:49

fight or flight awareness center

43:51

in the body. There were lots of light bulb moments

43:54

for me in that episode and how to get

43:56

rid of anxiety.

43:59

So thank you so much. And I can't

44:01

wait to, again, I'll always say it, meet

44:03

you in person one day soon and

44:06

meet your little one. And Sean, Kaite,

44:11

I'm sorry that when we first logged on, I got your name wrong.

44:13

Kait is

44:16

also an astrologer. Kait

44:19

is also an Instagram

44:21

DM bestie. Lives in Ontario.

44:25

I knew we were going to vibe. We'd never spoken

44:27

live in person, but I had

44:30

purchased some of Kait's astrological

44:33

packages before. I watched her evolve

44:35

as an entrepreneur and fearless

44:39

badass babe of a human. We

44:42

talked about the crazy

44:44

solar eclipse that happened in April. We

44:48

talked about how does she honor

44:50

her energy as an entrepreneur through

44:53

looking at human design. We

44:56

talked about environment, where our

44:58

body is trying to tell us where to be and where to

45:00

go. We

45:04

also talked about overwhelm.

45:08

Somewhat linked to anxiety, even though I'm not

45:10

a manifesting generator, I

45:13

could see how in myself, the

45:16

places of thinking about myself as an entrepreneur,

45:19

the environments that I know my body is

45:21

telling me to be in. And how I deal

45:23

with overwhelm is

45:25

so important to be looked at through our human

45:28

design graph, because

45:30

it's actually going to help us better understand

45:33

the strategy of what business means

45:35

to me personally, as opposed

45:37

to the strategy of the way that you could take a business

45:40

course that says do X, Y, and Z. And

45:43

this is how you make a million dollars. And

45:45

this is how you do X. And this is how

45:47

you draw in the best clients. All

45:51

of those things out there that tell us how

45:53

to do business, in air quotes,

45:55

in a successful manner are

45:59

awesome. They're right. But not

46:01

all of the nuggets are meant to be for

46:03

me. Or Kait or Darya

46:06

or anyone else that I've had on my podcast,

46:08

regardless of their, if an entrepreneur. I

46:14

get so passionate about not trying to

46:16

listen to anybody else, except for myself these

46:19

days. Thank

46:21

you, Kait, for our episode.

46:24

So my last episode, episode

46:26

10, Dr. Michael

46:28

Lennox, also an Instagram

46:32

friend, acquaintance. Someone

46:35

I'd been following for a while. I

46:38

reached out. He responded.

46:40

Michael is a manifesting generator.

46:45

I was super fucking nervous, Michael. I

46:47

was so excited and nervous because

46:50

I pre knew all of this information

46:52

about you with looking at your human design graph, by

46:55

looking at your astrology chart. I

46:58

knew we were going to get along because

47:00

of pre looking at this energy and knowing what

47:02

things within us were the same, knowing

47:04

what things may be different, but I had no idea.

47:08

That we might go down a rabbit hole of

47:10

talking about all of my life's passions that

47:12

realized in the moment That

47:15

you loved CrossFit and that you were a

47:17

fucking CrossFit king and still are

47:20

Regardless of the fact that you're not doing it right now. Like

47:22

how the fuck does that happen? How does that

47:24

happen? I don't know. Divine

47:28

timing and the universe and destiny showing

47:30

up at the right moment. What I talked about with Michael

47:33

Really made me realize I have to keep saying

47:36

in the moment, what

47:39

is true for me. In my human design graph,

47:41

I have a defined throat. If

47:45

you have a colored in square,

47:48

that's almost at the top of your graph. There are three

47:52

moments at the top of a human design graph.

47:54

There's an upright triangle, an upside down

47:56

triangle, and then a square. That

47:58

first square represents the throat chakra. If

48:02

that throat chakra on your human

48:04

design graph is colored in, speaking

48:09

is so important to your energy.

48:13

If it's white, it is also. It's just

48:15

different. It's not good

48:17

or bad. Nothing in our human

48:20

design graph is good or bad. Please.

48:22

Remove the context of good or bad

48:25

from your language if you listen to my podcast.

48:28

I am trying to do the same, because

48:30

we are given the gifts from

48:33

source, from energy, from

48:35

why we are put here on this planet and

48:37

born to be here as a human. On

48:40

purpose to fearlessly embody

48:42

that energy. The

48:46

more that I speak in the moment

48:48

as a generator authentically,

48:53

the more that gets drawn out of me

48:55

and the things are given to me instantaneously

48:59

manifestation in its truest

49:01

form. I

49:06

had no idea that Michael

49:08

potentially was someone

49:10

who almost ended up being on Broadway.

49:12

And that he should have been on Broadway. But then life

49:15

and his potential destiny

49:17

of where he is still, even now, headed

49:19

now, at age 60 and

49:21

fucking rocking it, that

49:24

then he would go down certain paths to then

49:27

love CrossFit and be a badass

49:29

at CrossFit. My

49:31

life trajectory has been quite similar thus

49:33

far. Now,

49:37

yes, dance and CrossFit are two

49:39

very heavily done things in the world

49:41

these days. Maybe it's not uncommon

49:44

to the potential of happening

49:46

to come across somebody that then became a guest on my podcast

49:49

to then talk about those things. But

49:52

none of this was pre planned. None of this was

49:54

pre realized as

49:56

to how I could potentially in that

49:58

moment help Michael understand

50:01

just a fraction of himself a little

50:03

more. Even at age 60.

50:05

I feel like that's another mic drop moment. We're

50:11

now coming to the

50:14

end of episode 11, the

50:17

end of season

50:19

one on This

50:22

Fearless Life. This podcast has changed

50:24

my life. This podcast

50:27

has made me realize that I'm

50:29

an expert. I truly am an expert two

50:31

years into this thing. And

50:35

I can't wait to see where it takes me next. Thank

50:38

you, universe. Thank you, Erin.

50:40

Thank you. Every guest I've had

50:42

on this podcast that has made me realize that

50:45

I'm good at what I do. Because

50:48

as a Leo sun, Cancer rising, Aries moon,

50:51

I'm pushy to try

50:53

to make happen and be seen in the way

50:56

that I think I'm supposed to be seen. I'm

50:59

empathetic enough because I just want to teach

51:02

people all that I think that they should know

51:04

about themselves. And

51:09

Leo suns, if you're listening

51:11

to this, You're

51:14

here to be on stage, whatever

51:17

stage is calling at that moment. And

51:20

right now I've got another one. Apparently you

51:22

can create a really good at home podcast.

51:24

Just so you know, if this is now your

51:26

sign to start a podcast, human design

51:29

is here at

51:31

the moment that we need it most at

51:34

the moment where, when

51:37

CrossFit wasn't really known, CrossFit

51:40

brought fitness. And

51:42

health to the

51:45

21st century to humans and parents

51:47

and soccer moms that maybe thought they

51:49

would never understand how to lift a barbell.

51:51

This is why human design is here

51:53

right now to change the health and fitness

51:55

industry again, in the way that CrossFit

51:58

did, and to then change the entire world.

52:03

My little podcast, my little voice

52:05

here in this moment is

52:08

to help you realize that your body is fearlessly

52:10

telling you what to do, even

52:13

if you're not sure that you should start that podcast

52:15

that you. You should

52:17

send that text that

52:20

you should turn down this corner of the street

52:22

that you should Google something for hours

52:24

on end just to analyze it because you

52:26

want to, that

52:30

you should sleep in and

52:32

knock it up until 3 p. m. and

52:34

then have your most productive period of the

52:37

day at midnight. There

52:41

are five different energies currently on the planet

52:44

when we look at a human design body graph. In

52:47

a couple of years, there will be officially another

52:49

energy type where

52:52

human design is going, not even the human

52:54

design readers technically know. We've been told

52:56

theories and we go down rabbit

52:58

holes of knowing that the new

53:00

paradigm things are changing

53:03

and yes, we're embracing it, but

53:05

even we are trying to in

53:08

the moment on a day, just

53:10

respond to what's in front of us to

53:13

just keep doing our passions and

53:15

allow our sparkle and light to

53:17

draw in the humans. That

53:19

we are meant to connect with next. If you're

53:21

a Manifestor to

53:23

speak your truth and

53:26

not be shy about it. If you're a Projector

53:30

to just get really, really

53:33

good at the things

53:35

that you see how

53:37

to become efficient at. Don't

53:40

worry about giving your opinion because the right

53:42

people are going to ask for it. Reflectors,

53:49

you can take your time. That's

53:51

it. You're going to go with the flow. And

53:53

if people don't get your flow, then

53:56

get the fuck out of there. Manifesting Generators.

53:59

You don't have to listen to anything I say. Just

54:02

listen to the burst. Just listen to the randomness

54:04

and the interesting realizations

54:06

of, Hey, I got good at that thing real fast.

54:09

Oh, cool. The

54:16

accumulation so far of

54:18

11 episodes for me is

54:23

Mind blowing and

54:26

also realizing that I was supposed

54:28

to do this all along I just decided to

54:30

get out of my own way and go with it anyways

54:33

Like all of the major

54:36

decisions of my life thus far I

54:39

was listening to myself as a one, three

54:41

sacral generator. And I hope

54:44

that even by the nuggets of this podcast,

54:46

with whatever energy type you are, whatever

54:49

profile you have definition,

54:52

you don't have to overthink it, babe,

54:54

you're already fearlessly living

54:57

your energy, the way that you're supposed to,

54:59

you're headed towards that destiny

55:01

and that full moon release. Every

55:04

28 to 30 days of

55:06

your body being, you got

55:08

this. You

55:10

got this. So,

55:15

without any other further

55:17

ado, here

55:19

is a Fran frequency just

55:22

for you.
