Welcome to Season 2 Episode 12 of Upstream Downstream. Here to talk with Bianca Ison is Wendy Baracka. Wendy is the Director of Counseling at Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. She also has twenty years of experience in the counseling landscape studying and using many methodologies through training and workshops. Today she and Bianca will be discussing an approach, titled Nurtured Heart Approach, she's found helpful in her line of work and even in parenting.
