If you've spent any amount of time searching out the best ways to accomplish your healthy living goals, chances are you've run into a lot of nonsense on The Internets.There are those who will scream that goals ARE everything, that you need their help to accomplish them, and that's how they sell you on their services.

I'm not that kind of health coach.

So, in episode 6 of the Way to Wellness podcast, I share how I set and accomplish goals (yep, I still do, but with a twist) and how(if you are like I was and the word 'goal' made you cringe with intimidation) goals should actually function by improving your life - not making it harder.
