Episode 21 of Burnout Psychology Support (formerly known as BURNOUT: A Different Kind of GAP Year) Podcast focuses on the challenges of returning to your work/career post-burnout. It will focus on my journey from leaving my career as a clinical psychologist, unsure if I would ever return, to making the steps back. It will also infuse elements of scientific knowledge to help support others who find themselves at this point or are fearful about taking that break from their career.
I genuinely believe that it is through sharing experiences that we learn, grow and connect.
