We chat about the helplessness she felt as she watches her sons struggle with drug and alcohol addiction.  All the things she did to try and help them.

Mary Keogh developed the concept behind her academy and brought the idea to life in 2020.

With a distinct aim and objective to educate, assist and inspire.

One of Mary’s passions is to hold a safe and open space where people are guided to unravel the old and make a new path for the new.

Mary has helped countless people through the medium of her one-to-one coaching, group coaching, seminars, retreats, and personal interviews.
